We can't guarantee that every external platform or paid third-party service can always be fixed by Noviq. If the issue is caused by an external platform or a paid third party, we'll identify that and let you know whether resolving it falls within maintenance or will be quoted separately.

Maintenance covers regular checks and small technical fixes within the existing website. New features, major changes, redesigns, external software costs, and work outside the existing system can be quoted separately.

What we don't build.

We keep to fast static sites, because that's what we can make excellent. If you need one of these, we'll say so at the first meeting and suggest what fits.

Web shopsProduct catalogues, carts and checkout need a shop platform. We can build the site around it and link to it.

Booking & payment systemsLive calendars and payments need a server. A landing page that links to your booking tool works well.

Member areas & portalsLog-ins, dashboards and customer accounts are software projects, not websites.
