Refund&CancellationPolicy.
How revisions, cancellations and disagreements about the delivered site are handled.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. Before work starts
A proposal is only a quote. If you decide not to proceed after receiving one, there's nothing to cancel and nothing owed.
2. Revisions on a Project already underway
Two rounds of revisions on the design are included in every Project, as described on the Services page. If the delivered site doesn't match what was agreed in the written proposal, tell us — we'll fix it as part of those included revisions rather than treating it as a separate charge.
3. Cancelling a Project partway through
If you need to cancel a Project after work has started but before it's delivered, tell us as soon as possible. Because payment is on completion, you won't be invoiced for a Project that's cancelled before delivery — we may still ask for payment covering the work already completed, in proportion to what was agreed, particularly if a large share of the Project was finished.
4. After delivery
Once a site is delivered and invoiced, the invoice is due as described in the Terms & Conditions. If you're not satisfied with the delivered site, contact us first — most issues are resolved through the included revisions above. Because every Project is different, any refund after delivery and payment is handled case by case rather than under a fixed percentage, and isn't guaranteed.
5. No recurring charges
There's no monthly platform fee for hosting — sites are published on GitHub Pages, which has no ongoing cost to you beyond your own domain registration. Update requests after launch are handled on request, as described on the FAQ page, not billed automatically.
6. Questions
